Plumbing Maintenance Agreement

 

Fresh Plan

We will come out to your home on a semi-annual basis and inspect the home’s plumbing fixtures.

We will check all faucets, valves, toilets, showers and equipment for potential leaks and/or hazards.

Any work needed will be discounted an additional 5%.

Platinum Plan

We will come out to your home twice per year for a home inspection. This inspection will cover the interior and exterior of the home. All shut off valves, faucets, toilets, sinks, and fixtures will be inspected for function and leak potential. We will flush your water heater, assuming the drain down valve is operable.

All additional work done, while on an active Platinum Plan, will come with a 10% discount.
